No smoking inside the unit or facilities. If you do smoke outside, please dispose the waste in the proper receptacles. Pets are not allowed in this home. Please be respectful of all spaces and clean up after yourself. No extra guests then what you added to your reservation are allowed to stay the night. Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am. Please respect other guests and tenants staying at this property.

If you do want to get out and explore, there is plenty to do in and around Downtown Johnson City. Other than visiting the endless restaurants, bars, and taprooms; you can rent a bike from the TREK store and try out JC's new Bike park, Tannery Knobs. If you like the great outdoors, you can also be hiking on a trail on Buffalo Mountain in 10-15 minutes. We have Johnson City Cardinals games in the summer and great mountains around for skiing in the winter. You also have the option to bike the Tweetsie Trail from Johnson City to Elizabethton.

To allow all guest to come and go as they please, we have installed key-less entry at this home. A few days prior to your stay, you will be given the code to enter the home. After typing the code into the keypad, you must turn the deadbolt to open the door!

Great stay – especially the sleep quality We had a really comfortable stay overall. The space was clean, well kept, and exactly as described. What really stood out for me was the quality of sleep — the bed was exceptionally comfortable, supportive, and made it easy to get deep, restful sleep. I tend to be particular about mattresses, and this one struck a great balance between support and comfort. The home was quiet, well laid out, and felt relaxing after long days out. Everything we needed was provided, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. One quick question for the host (if you don’t mind sharing): what mattress is on the bed? It was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve slept on, and I’d love to look into it for home. Would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay again.

Wonderful location, walkable to the best of Johnson City. a rare find with 3 BR, with comfortable beds and a very responsive host. We will be rent the unit again for our next trip to JC!

Place was super clean, easy to find, and perfect if your planning on spending any amount of time in downtown JC. Also the vinyl collection had Sturgill Simpsons High Top Mountain, so that’s an immediate 5 star from me.
