Booking and check in was a breeze! Noticed that the TV remote was missing after we settled in that night. Messaged Brent about it. He responded right away. As it was late when we messaged him saying it wasn't a big deal, he had us a new remote first thing the next morning! When we visit again we'll definitely try to get in at tannery flats!!

Brent is an elite host! I was in Johnson City to work the Big South Championship Basketball tournaments. Freedom Hall Civic Center is less than 3 miles away from this listing. It’s a small, clean apartment, with everything needed, that is perfect for solo travelers. Brent provided very clear instructions and know-hows for his place and flexibility to check-in anytime. His communication is top notch. Highly recommended place to book if you’re in Johnson City!

We loved this little farm house so much! The scenery was beautiful and the inside was super clean! It was very spacious and perfect for our weekend! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Johnson City!

Visiting our son at ETSU and this place worked out perfectly. Accommodations were extremely clean and cozy. Location was right next to the college. We love Johnson City and the many exceptional restaurants. GO BUCS!!!

Airbnb was even better than expected! It is huge the beds were extremely comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. Very convenient to everything downtown, you don’t need to drive once you arrive at the condo. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend

Great visit in JC. The place was exquisite and different architecturally than any place that I’ve stayed. Would definitely visit again. Especially in the summer to really enjoy the rooftop.

i was worried about the heater not being enough but it worked great even for my cold California bones in 20 degree weather. I enjoyed my stay and the super close proximity to ETSU!

This place is beautiful looks exactly like the pictures on the listing ! There is minimal parking (1 spot to room) and the laundry onsite you have to pay to use. But this place was very homey feeling and we had a great stay !
