Guests are responsible for logging into their own streaming accounts. PARKING: Private off-street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, with additional space for trailers. Please note that access to the property requires driving through a city-owned alleyway. Please follow all posted parking signs. We are not responsible for parking tickets or damage resulting from use of the alleyway or parking areas. LAUNDRY: A stackable washer and dryer are available for guest use. Starter laundry detergent pods are provided. GUEST ACCESS: Guests have full private access to The Treeage #3 during their stay, along with access to the parking lot and side yards associated with the property. There are two additional short-term rental units at this property, The Treeage #1 and #2. These units are separately occupied and are not accessible to guests staying in #3. The front parking area is shared with the other units. LOCATION: The Treeage #3 is located in Johnson City’s historic Tree Streets neighborhood, putting you close to many of the area's most popular destinations. Enjoy the convenience of being close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, ETSU, downtown, and Johnson City’s medical district while staying in a quiet historic neighborhood. Starter supplies are provided for coffee, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper. Guests staying longer may need to replenish supplies. Trash pickup is on Tuesday Morning. Three trash cans and two city recycling bins are provided for guest use.
