It is a 4 BD / 4.5 BA short term rental. This home also features its own hot water heater, Mini-Split HVAC unit, and washer / dryer unit! We recently upgrade the Queen bed to a King bed!

There is another Short-Term rental with a shared wall of this home. Entrances are on opposite side of the building, but the large parking lot is shared! We have recently upgrade from a Queen bed to a King bed in this home!

No smoking inside the unit or facilities. If you do smoke outside, please dispose the waste in the proper receptacles. Pets are not allowed in this home. If you have a service animals, please notify the hosts. Park in the parking side corresponding to the unit you are staying in. If you have an extra vehicle - there is extra parking behind your first few vehicles. Please be respectful of all homes and clean up after yourself. Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am. Please be respectful of all other guests and tenants at this home.

Neighborhood

The Tree Streets is a historic neighborhood in Johnson City. Nestled in between East Tennessee State and Historic downtown Johnson City, this neighborhood features several homes built in the early 1900's, historic buildings that are now condos, and several public parks. This home is on the side of Tree Streets that is close to ETSU and home to more renovated.

Guest Access

The parking lot is entered through the alleyway between West Pine and West Locust street. To access the alleyway, you must enter off of University Parkway in Johnson City while traveling North-bound after West Locust Street. You can also access the alleyway in between the home addresses of 802 West Locust and 806 West Locust Street. We know it will feel like you are pulling in the driveway of a home, but it is actually the alleyway access!

This is my favorite place to stay in Johnson City TN. The Facilities Manager -Jason Nanney does a splendid job in making sure that all aspects of his facilities are in proper order and if there may be an issue or question , they will be addressed post haste.

Find us

Once you get out of the alleyway, you will find yourself on University Parkway. University Parkway can take you to I-26 in less than 5 minutes. It can also take you to Elizabethton, TN and North Johnson City in less than 15 minutes. This home is also minutes from ETSU, Quillen College of Medicine, JCMC, and downtown Johnson City.
